New location. Still working things out like why are you putting a stack of plates with napkins and utensils out in front of us on the hibachi for the next service when the chef just finished and I do mean just finished serving us and cleaned the hot plate. Sits there in front of us the entire meal.

Watching a bus boy cleaning / wiping off seats from the hibachi table behind me with his hands.
    His HANDS !!!!
Staff needs a bit more training I would say.

Chef was very good and I apologize for not getting his name. Personable, just the right amount of talk. Friendly, down to business and out of there.
Liz our waitress super NICE and very personable also. Sweet and very helpful.
Food good as usual. Prices are $$-$$$ but all restaurants are getting there or are there already.  So it comes down to food and service.
Our first visit at this location I'll give it a overall 7 out of 10 with definite room for improvement.
Would I come back - yes. Just for the Chef and waitress alone.

Went for my birthday. Love the nees location so I was excited about this one. Our server was new and we could tell. The employees in the kitchen watched our chief through the window and laughed at him the whole time. It was like it was his try out or something. He also sounded like he was on drugs...no joke. We kept look at each other with looks, because his jokes were off and mumbled and said weird shit! He even mentioned flowers on the back wall were moving...?
The manger sucked and The waitresses got all our orders mixed up on the checks. At the end they comped us, because they couldn't figure it out. I believe the managers name was Raul.
And!!! It was my birthday....no song...no little cake for my b day....nothing. But the other tables did so...#lame! #don'tgo! #willnotreturn!
Oh and when you click on the # from google it automatically sends you to the Nees location.

Our experience here was such a disappointment. Went in with an empty stomach and came out with an empty stomach.
We ordered the Teriyaki Beef, Yakisoba Chicken, and the California roll and they were absolutely tasteless. For the Teriyaki beef, the meat tasted spoiled like it's been sitting out for too long before it got to be used. Yakisoba Chicken had no noodle or chicken. Just a bunch of bean sprouts and lettuce. California roll was just simply plain. And I know California rolls are suppose to be plain but not air kind of plain.

Our services was ok because our waiters and waitresses were nice but not great. They were forgetful and slow. Always bringing in our foods but never took back the empty appetizer dishes or refill waters (guess they don't offer refills for water?).

Giving one star for the complimentary salad (it's not even that great but better than my main dishes). And another star for my sister in law's Teriyaki steak. I got one taste and it was good. But too bad it wasn't my order. I thought everything on the menu was suppose to be somewhat decent. Packed our food home after a few bites and thought maybe a family member might like it.. but it's still sitting in the fridge, getting ready to be thrown away.. what a waste.

Sighs, will we be back, we don't know.  It's definitely not as quiet as it was before the teppanyaki got started.  I guess that's what is more popular.  Also, it is relatively new still but to me it appears they have been slacking on the cleaning... which is a no go for a place next to teppanyaki grease and smoke.

This time we got the B-1 Sakura Bento which is advertised like this.
"Sakura Bento (teriyaki steak OR teriyaki chicken PLUS sashimi, shrimp & vegetable tempura, salmon & shumai)"
Which is served with a bowl of miso soup, salad, steamed rice and ice cream.
It would have been probably just the right amount of food for the two of us but we also got a caterpillar roll.

    Well, couldn't finish our food.
Why?  Because they added things like potato salad and fried chicken into the bento box.  Seriouslyyyyyy what is potato salad and random fried chicken doing in there.  I can't even...   we didn't finish our potato salad or fried chicken and we usually always finish our food.
The sashimi was unfortunately not that fresh, and the salmon even had the gray muscle layer still on it, which I've never seen anyone leave that on because as grandma says, it has a "fishy" taste O__o  There were two pieces of shumai, the salmon was okay, at least the steak and the tempura were good except for the broccoli, that was kinda a mushy concept.

They also did not have the red bean ice cream, but did have green tea (yay), and coconut (O__o), and rainbow sherbert (...)

We got our same waitress which we like, she's funny and sweet, but the food for the price definitely fell flat.  Really would have preferred they go for better quality instead of adding in fillers.

So I had to update my last experience here. Apparently we got sat in the FU customer table. Apparently the ventilation was not working or the air-conditioning was blowing the wrong way but all of the smoke and all of the grease and all of the cooking landed on me, my wife and the other couples that were at the table. Out of eight of us at the table, 4 of us were soaked at the end of the night with grease. I went to the manager and asked him to sit in my seat to see how bad it was. Even he said, yes this is not good. Then he said he will give us a discount on our dinner for being covered in grease and for such a terrible experience. I do have to say thanks to the manager for giving us $7 off of our dinner, yes a whole $7 and change! I will never forget that. So besides the fact it took them an hour to even start our meal, getting covered in grease and smoke, me having to sit approximately 10 feet away from the table the generosity of the manager was umm wow.. $7.. not even the cost of an appetizer or beer...$7
